FAQ
Window cleaning questions, answered
How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the number of windows, and how hard they are to reach. We'll take a look and give you a straight number with our free quote — no fixed price applies to every job, so we don't publish one.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Most homes in the valley do well with a cleaning once or twice a year, timed around mud season and before winter. Homes near dirt roads or construction may want more frequent visits.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Yes. Screen and track cleaning is included with a window cleaning visit — we pull each screen, wash and dry it, clear the tracks, and reset everything without bending the frames.
Are you insured?
Yes, Rooted Pines is fully insured.
Can you reach upper-story or hard-to-reach windows?
Yes. We regularly work upper-story and hard-to-reach glass safely from a ladder, so you don't need to hire someone separate for the second floor.
Do you clean windows in winter?
Yes, weather permitting. We work around Steamboat winters and will reschedule if conditions on a given day make it unsafe.
What happens during a visit?
We show up, walk the property with you if you'd like, and clean interior and exterior glass and screens top to bottom, leaving everything the way we found it.
